Exercise:
These days, I mostly lift weights and go for the occasional run
I also love the ocean and swimming.
Over the years, I’ve also spent time cycling, trail running, kickboxing, kayaking, and doing triathlons (sprint distance).
Eating healthy
I’ve experimented with a lot of different ways of eating over the years. That includes raw vegan, paleo, keto, IIFYM, and more.
These days, I eat mostly organic and whole foods.
I do eat meat and fish and pretty much everything, but I focus on high-quality ingredients.
I’ve also spent years tracking calories and macros to intentionally change my physique, so I find that whole world genuinely fascinating.
You’ll probably catch me weighing food on a scale from time to time .
Below are some photos from food I’ve made or prepped, along with parts of my physique journey. They’re definitely not the most “fancy” meals, but they’re simple, healthy, and effective 🙂.
I’ve also been really geeking out on changing my physique through training and macro tracking, including lean bulking and cutting. Across these photos, I’m anywhere between 140 lbs and 165 lbs.
