Music: I like instrumentals, no/low lyrics (I find a lot of lyrics too negative), peaceful, lounge, and chill. For deep work I use focus music (Brain.fm or Focus at Will). Otherwise it’s a simple Pandora station or Spotify playlist. I used to listen to lots of Spanish music, but it’s been a while.
