I’ve been taking a photo of myself everyday since 2012. Before selfies were a thing.
I use a Canon T2i. My first DSLR camera.
I still use that same camera today.
The auto-focus broke. I still use that camera today. I figured out the manual focal lengths my what letter or number I see on the front of lens in the 12 o’clock position.
But yeah, I take a photo a day. Why?
Because I think it’s cool to see how I age. And I like hard, but simple things.
Taking a photo a day is simple, but it’s also hard. That’s why I like it.
Doing one year was hard. Then a year passed.
Doing three years was hard. Then three years passed.
Breaking a decade was awesome. And I’ll do a few more.
Is there anything simple in your life you can do on a daily – or regular – basis… that you’ve been thinking of? It might be helpful to just start.
(note to self: post some pics; that’ll make this post more interesting)
